Processing / Production Time All tumblers, wraps, and drinkware are made to order. Please allow 7-14– business days for production before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day we are live.

Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–7 business days (Standard) or 5–10 business days (Economy). Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–15 business days.
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery after shipment: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
